Techiyat ha-Meitim: Practicing Resurrection

All of these classes are based in gentle, standing meditation practices utilizing lessons drawn from Tai Chi Chuan, I Chuan and Chi Gung. Most can also be done sitting or even lying on the floor. Appropriate for adults of all ages. Usually a Tai Chi Kavannah class consists of three sections
1. Preparatory Exercises
2. Brief Textual Study
3. Application of the Jewish Theme
